Informal sessions, serious consistency. Anyone can jump in — we only ask that you participate in activities you can achieve safely. More happens over summer (October to April/May), but there's training year-round.

Safety first
While we do offer support, everyone who participates in club activities is responsible for their own health and safety. Only take part in activities you feel you can achieve safely — and for ocean swims, a tow float is strongly recommended.
Check before you ride
Winter rides are weather dependent. Check the club Facebook on the morning, or the live Conditions page for wind, swell and water temperature before you head out.

We don't run formal coaching programmes — but our members are veterans of the sport, from first-timers to world-championship age-groupers. Turn up to a session and you'll pick up more good advice for free than most training plans will sell you.
